Can not actually purchase the daily deal!

Log in, wait for daily deal to be active, click on the daily deal immediately, then you wait, and wait, and wait, only to be logged out due to inactivity. Log back in, and the website says all items are in carts. OR - log in, click on deal immediately, and receive "502 Bad Gateway" Very frustrating

What used to be a good deal is now worthless.

The $100 gift cards for $90 were a pretty good deal (~ 10% savings, certainly better than bank CD's). We were partial to the CVS pharmacy cards. But now Citi Easy Deals has eliminated just about all the "useful" categories and have only five shopping gift cards. Would a Neiman Marcus or Macy's shopper flash a Citi Easy Deals gift card?

User's recommendation: You Buffalo Wild Wings customers will be happy, but what if you want toothpaste or Band Aids?

Citi Easy Deals - Bill payment rejected
I paid my aunt BSNL Mobile Bill through this easy deal site because it was first link in the Google search, but the has not paid the money is also not re funded still I paid the bill on 20.03.2022

I can't log in to check my account/rewards

It's not letting me check my rewards, nor letting me get into my account. It's a very very confusing app.
