Citi lost my account in the rewards program. I called them to straighten it out.
They they say I'm in the easy deals program. I called the Easy Deals people, but on the phone they say I'm in the rewards program. But the rewards program people say my account is in the Easy Deals Program. I have gotten bounced back and forth on the phone literally 7 times in 3 hours.
***. I have been talking to supervisors and managers. Each time they conclude I am in a different program. I politely told them "that is what the last people said." Each time they apologize and transfer me on the phone back to where I started.

I think the Citi card system has been hacked and they won't admit it. I lost thousands of Rewards points today.
