Website is down more often than not

I've had a Citi card for 10 years, and for the entire time the Citi Easy Deals program has been in place, the website has been terrible. It often comes back as unavailable or you end up in a never ending sign-on loop. I've tried multiple shortcuts and workarounds, but they only work a small percentage of the time. Today, going through various links to try to backdoor my way in, it just signs me out due to supposed "inactivity" (even though I've clearly been actively navigating the site and have only been logged in for 90 seconds). The deals aren't great to start with, but not even being able to reach them is ridiculous. It's just a terrible, terrible site and program.

Every time I tried to put my order threw and pay for door handle they denigh my credit and debit cards they not accept it. You expect me to do business you?

This website is a mess. You sue the same log in as your citi card and it is always down. Try other log in methods always get the message "temporary delay"

Website Down - Solution!!

I called Easy Deals today and finally got a solution. The website is not down, its just a login issue with that page.

There is a back door solution to gain access.

1.) Login to your Citi account. 2.) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on More Benefits (will be listed under get the most of your card) 3.) Click on Learn More by the Your Savings Spotlight. 4.) Finally click on Visit Easy Deals(SM) and start saving today at the bottom.

This will pop up a dialog to direct you to the Citi Easy Deals website to where you will be already logged in and you are able to get the deals.

Hope this helps everyone and gets rid of the frustrations! Also, i was also informed the E-Gift cards have been removed from the website and they do not have an estimated time when they will be back.

This is still working as of today (05/15/19): Go To www.citieasydeals.com click on sign on which takes you to Sign On to Citi Easy Deals click on Citi Easy Deals Do not use your member ID. Use your email address instead with your regular password. This took me to the website showing my account and I was able to order gift cards.

Type your message here Same thing here. I gave up long time ago but check in once in a great while and still get "cannot find this page".

Absolutely rude and ridiculous that they can't even inform their customers what is going on. All it takes is a quick e-mail to notify. I still get plenty of other offers from them via e-mail which I have no intention of getting after being ignored by not communicating with what is going on with Citi Easy Deals. Besides not good offers anyway, but still wouldn't even if they were.

Just tell us, discontinued or not. Haven't used my credit card in almost five months and don't plan on ever again!

Site will not let me see my rewards!!!!! Every time I try to get thru, it logs me out. Signed FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE $249.47 in my Savings Spotlight!!!!!!!!!!! Tried on phone to settle the problem for an extended period of time. Finally, she said her manager would call back in 15 to 20 minutes....That was over 3 hours ago! Tried on line AGAIN!!!! Still logging me off!! ALSO PISSED!!!

Sign on does not work

Tried to use the sign on several times this month with no access to the site. This is a continuing issue for the company and is resulting in lost revenue so the company should decide if they have a business model to actually generate revenue or if the ceo wishes to just turn away the source the revenue . If company has a site that it promotes it should be up and available to its customers not be down for weeks and or months at a time.
